If an item is out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website. However, when demand is high, products may go out of stock while you are busy placing your order. We will then notify you and make other arrangements, either by refunding the amount, or providing an ETA on new stock.

You can pay via OZOW, Payfast, or Pay Just Now on checkout.

If you would like to pay via EFT, please send an email to info@africanapparel.co.za and we can process the order manually.

Yes, we only use reputable third party payment providers like Payfast, OZOW and Pay Just Now. They are completely secure and PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider Compliant. Your card information will never be saved on our system, nor can it be seen or intercepted by any unauthorised 3rd parties

Shipping policy

We offer free delivery for orders over R800, and a flat rate of R119 for orders less than R800.

Our free deliver and standard delivery rate applies to all orders in South Africa. We also offer international shipping on request, please send an email to info@africanapparel.co.za for a quotation.

We try our absolute best to ship all orders by the next business day. depending on stock availability. Once your order is shipped, it will take between 2 and 5 business days to be delivered to your door. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

We use The Courier Guy for all of our deliveries.

Most of our orders are shipped from Burgersfort, Limpopo. Certain leather orders that are shipped straight from the factory are shipped from Potchefstroom, North West.

Yes, once our order is sent, you will receive a tracking link on the email that you submitted with your order.

If our order has taken longer than two weeks to be delivered then there is some sort of a delay. Please contact us immediately on info@africanapparel.co.za with your order number.

Returns and exchanges

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, therefore we are happy to refund or replace any product within 7 days from the day that you received the product, on condition that the product is:

- in the original packaging

- in the same condition as what it was when received

Please include with your return:

  • Order number and name
  • What you require e.g. exchange small for large etc.

Please note that collections at the Burgersfort branch will only be done once a week, so returning to The Courier Guy branch and not to Lapeng Guest Lodge will delay the returns process

No returns to Postnet branches will be collected

If you request an exchange, we will send the new product at our cost, provided the product required is in stock.  If the size that you need is not in stock, you will get an instore credit.

Please note this is not applicable for products bought on a sale or at a discounted price.  All sale items qualify for refunds only.
