If you request an exchange, we will send the new product at our cost, provided the product required is in stock. If the size that you need is not in stock, you will get an instore credit.

All of our leather products are covered by a 1 year, fair use, warranty. In the case that anything breaks NOT as a result of misuse, we will repair it for free. It remains the responsibility of the buyer to send the product back to our factory, and we will return it to you at our cost.
